If you have questions, ask these instead in the Discussion Forum, which is free, open and may in fact already contain the answers to your interrogations. Use the search function and, if unsuccessful, start a New Topic. I do regularly visit the Forum and do frequently answer questions.

In all cases include your real names in the message, and a subject that defines well the content of your message. Do not send messages with attachments as these will be systematically deleted.
